Assistant for Office Manager (Good Benefit)

• Maintaining the daily Operations of the Vietnam office alongside the Operations and IT teams to ensure smooth delivery and seamless service for all teams at our Group
• Work alongside with Finance team in Singapore on the administering of HR related duties and processes
• Assist Office Manager in training and development related initiatives and projects including the updating and maintenance of related playbooks and policies
• Assist in the recruitment process of new hires including liaising with recruitment agencies and screening of potential candidates
Monitor and oversee the procurement of office supplies and appointment of service providers or vendors pertaining to the operation of the Vietnam office
• Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the Operations Team
• Work closely with Office Manager to assist her with execution of her tasks

Yêu cầu chung

• At least 2 years of experience
• Age: under 30
• English fluent (writing and speaking)
• Experience in Assisting Senior Management and Teams
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to take ownership in projects and consistently deliver a high standard of work
• Hunger to learn – act brave and not stay in a comfort zone
• Ability to work at speed, and multi-task with complex briefs
• Polished and professional appearance
• Positive attitude, be an “energizer”
• Good communication skills and be very well spoken
