Hr Manager (This job is closed!)


- Ensure HR's objectives, policies and practices are well developed, recommended and implemented in accordance with the company, mission and strategies as well as local Labor law
- Provide policy/process/practice guidance regarding recruitment, development of staff
- Ensure human resources practices of the company comply with Vietnamese Labor laws and regulations
- Handle hiring and training new comers
- Overseeing training & development
- Conduct training on company policies & procedures, and employee benefits, health & safety
- Do performance management and quality assurance; developing, implementing and monitoring programs on performance and quality
- Compensation & Benefits
- Analyze, establish competitive programs
- Administer payroll, C&B, contract
- Deal with Authorities such as labor department/tax
- Employee relations and work-environment
- Serve as a link between management and employees
- Act to promote good relations, ensuring good communication and resolving conflicts.
- Act to ensure discipline employees
- Organize recreational activities: team building, dinners, party, company events...
- Handle extra administrative tasks and role
- Contribute in developing the company general structure and roles
- Contribution to company general development

General requirement

- Education: Resources Management
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Excellent computer skill
- Excellent knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam

- Minimum 5 years in FDI company
- Working with international companies and/or foreigners.
- Working with performance management for lager groups of employees
- Working independently in cooperation with upper management
- Age: up to 40

Language requirement

English (Upper Intermediate)
