Mô tả

1. Strategy and organization:
Ø Develop proper HR strategies and objectives to be in line with the company's directions.
Ø Consult the management team on strategic HR, problem solving and organization matters;

2. HR services:
Ø Lead the HR team in order to provide PROACTIVE and EFFICIENT solutions to employees, managers and leaders on HR challenges;
Ø Develop the Essential HR policies and procedures for continuous improvement;
Ø Identify, evaluate fundamental issues and work with concerned parties for the preventive solutions;
Ø Coordinate the complex departmental relationship;
Ø Build, coach and develop a strong, inspired team to deliver the best service;
Ø Monitor the Recruitment team for the internal and external selection process; building the talent pool via different employer branding activities;
Ø Monitor the Training programs, activities and development strategy to meet the current and future development needs;
Ø Monitor and ensure all activities relating to Compensation and Benefits be well implemented and in line with the requirements of the laws.

3. Budget monitoring:
Ø Prepare annual HR-Admin budget forecast for approval;
Ø Use the expendable budget in optimal and efficient way;

4. Office and Team administration
Ø Manage administration& team efficiently;
Ø Monitor relationship and negotiations with relevant partners.
Ø Other HR/administration related missions assigned by Senior HR/GA Manager.

Yêu cầu chung

Proven leadership skills with strategic thinking;
* Strong service orientation;
* Strong HR expertise in wide range of HR functions, especially C&B, Training & Development, Employee Relation, Recruitment and Selection; Vietnamese Labor Code and Regulation;
* Hands-on working experience in a strategic HR management position,
* Desire to work in service industry and dynamic environment with high adaptation level;
* Ability to think OUT OF THE BOX and take initiatives in the tasks assigned;
* High sense of responsibility, focusing on solutions and results, having positive and can-do attitude in any difficult circumstance or under high pressure;
* Strong analytical skill;
* Excellent interpersonal skills; communication (both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English) and negotiation;
