Sales & Marketing Senior (B2B/B2C)
• Assist General Manager/ Sales & Marketing Manager in Sales and Marketing activities;
• Act as key account with customers/ distributors on sales budget,sales forecast, sales support, sales review and account receivable;
• Have idea about Sales & Marketing plan to support customers/ distributors;
• Coordinate with production/ logistics team to monitor purchase orders, keeping track of purchase orders and making cost reports;
• Maintain regular contact with customers/distributors by exchanging information through telephone, fax, e-mail, customers visits and by following-up to ensure problems or claims are solved/ corrected in a timely manner;
• Manage after-Sales Support activities by following-up Purchase orders to ensure satisfactory completion of contract terms (requirements, delivery, payment schedule, etc.) and by troubleshooting problems in a timely manner;
• Developing Sales & Marketingchannels; Evaluate customers/ distributors’ ability.
• Guide/ support team to archive the target;
• Periodically conduct market survey on competitors/ pricing/ products…
• Responsible for customers' events (local events, seminars...)

• Graduation of College or University.
• Over 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing;
• Able to have business trip in province if required;
• Has experience in team management and B2B/B2C business;
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English, both written and verbal.
• Reliable, ability to multi-task and work independently as well as good team work skill;
• Experienced in MS office specifically MS Excel;
• Has knowledge about lubricants is an advantage.
