We support a lot of Vietnamese and Foreign job-seekers, clients during those 16 years.

We operate "Vieclambank", website for Vietnamese job-seekers who are interested in Japaneese companies.
More than 100,000 job-seekers are currently registered who receive weekly updates on job offers.

OUR JOB

Introduce HRC job
  • Candidate Source: Actively source, engage, and build a strong pipeline of candidates for sales positions through various channels (online job portals, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Client Engagement: Work with clients through our sales positions to understand their needs, culture, and skills required for sales positions to ensure effective candidate matching.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit with client requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales positions to enhance industry knowledge and expand recruiting services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Sales Industry Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest trends in sales recruiting and continuously improve the effectiveness of the recruiting process.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Positon HR Consultant
Requirement
 - 2+ years of experience in HR consulting or recruiting specializing in sales roles.
- Business level English proficiency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiar with the use of recruiting software, job boards, and social media platforms.

- Experience recruiting for senior level or specialized sales roles.
- Familiarity with hiring market trends.
- Japanese language ability JLPT N3 or above.
Salary Negotiable (※depends on your experience and ability)
