More than 100,000 job-seekers are currently registered who receive weekly updates on job offers.

Our Job

introduce HRC job
  • Search and screen candidates according to customer's requirements.
  • Use social networking sites and websites to connect with candidates and customers (B2B and B2C).
  • Contact and interview potential candidates.
  • Provide the Applicant's profile to the client.
  • Setting interview schedule with clients and applicants.
  • Support and advice to help customers recruit suitable candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers as well as with candidates.
  • Support the team leader when requested.

Job Description

Positon HR Consultant (2 staffs each office)
Requirement
 - Age: 25-35
- Graduate from university
- Language: English (Intermediate) or Japanese (Intermediate:N2) is a MUST
   ※ Use to communicate with Japanese staff and clients.

- Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience (① or ② is a must)
 ① work in manufacturing industry (and having experience of interpreter or HR is better)
 ② has experience recruiter at employment agency

- ideal candidate: Willing to learn, have supporting mindset
