      1. TEAMMATES TRAINING
      Supervise, advice, train and instruct recruitment section staff and all other departments teammates on recruitment skill,
      knowledge and hiring methods in order to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their
      recruitment and selection's accountability to the required standards.

      Percent of Time: 10%
      Measurement Criteria:
      ・Quality of hire: total of early resignation employees (1 year or less) is <=10% total hired number
      ・Annual Retention rate: 23% or less

      2. RECRUITMENT MANAGEMENT
      Develop and oversee the implementation of company's recruitment strategy.
      Develop and oversee the implementation of all necessary systems and procedures.
      Interview potential candidates and appoint staff in consultation with the appropriate interviewer in relevant departments.
      Keep up to date with the latest developments in the fields of recruitment and selection.
      In order to ensure that staffing needs are met and recruitment and selection processes operate effectively with
      expected results.

      Percent of Time: 50%
      Measurement Criteria:
      ・Quality of hire: total of early resignation employees (1 year or less) is <=10% total hired number
      ・Annual Retention rate: 23% or less

      3. EMPLOYER BRANDING
      Supervise processes of all employer branding activities including but not limited to placing of advertisements for all
      internal and external vacancies.

      Percent of Time: 20%
      Measurement Criteria:
      ・Cost per hire
      ・Time to hire

      4. COMPLIANCE / FRAUD CONDUCT
      Implement and comply with compliance, fraud, corruption corrective and preventive policies from Company in order to
      ensure the company have zero recruitment compliance violation, zero corruption.

      Percent of Time: 10%
      Measurement Criteria:
      ・Zero Corruption, Zero Suspicious gossip

      5. BUDGET
      Direct, control the preparation and maintenance of the budget in order to ensure budgets are met in accordance with
      company's annual business plan.

      Percent of Time: 05%
      Measurement Criteria:
      ・Cost Optimization

      6. SAFETY MANAGEMENT
      Control and implement any necessary policies and procedures related to health, safety, 3S including fire-fighting within
      recruitment department

      Percent of Time: 05%
      Measurement Criteria:
      ・Low number of accidents, nearmiss required from company

    Yêu cầu chung

      Only Male

      - Have a Bachelor's degree in Human resource administrator or related fields
      - A minimum 03 years’ Human resource management experience, especially in Recruitment and Training

    Quyền lợi

    ・Working hours : 08:00 – 17:00
    ・Transportation : Company arrange bus from 7 pick-up points
            In Hai Phong city.
    (Toa An, Kien An, An Duong, Thuy Nguyen etc.)
    ・The Holiday – The holidays shall be as follows
    Weekly holidays: Every Sunday and 2 Saturdays
     (2nd & 4th) in a month.
    Weekly holidays of the employees working in shift time
    is based on BTMV’s calendar.
    ・Meal : Company offer lunch in canteen.
    ・The Bonus – Bonus appraisal is conducted twice a year;
    in July for mid-year and in Jan for year-
    end bonus.
    ・Salary Review – All Employees will have periodical salary
    review as regulated by the Company
    on Mar. 31 each year.
