・Manage an engineering team of fewer than 10 people with the task of developing and
designing a web application that is used in the construction industry.
・Participate in the documentation process, requirements analysis, design, deploying, code reviewing, unit testing, and operating the product.
・Discuss, propose solutions for the team, and manage the progress of members. ・Lead the team to accomplish the company’s goal and mission.
・Training, supporting, and motivating team members.
・Problems solving (technical and human).

Yêu cầu chung

Requirements:
・More than 3 years experience working as a Backend Developer( Ruby on Rails, PHP Laravel, Node.js...)
・Japanese skills at least N2 level.
・Cloud AWS experience is required.
・Pull Request-based development with Git
・Excellent troubleshooting skills.
・Experienced in managing a team with at least 3-5 people, excellent leadership, and a high sense of responsibility.

Nice to have
・Development experience with React / Vue / Angular
・Experience with Lambda, Amplify, Cognito
・GraphQL experience
・English skills (able to chat, conversation skills not required)
・Experienced or interested in architecture – construction – manufacturing systems.
・High interest in various programming languages and coding.
・Advanced mathematical knowledge, including optimization.
・Passionate about programming and willing to learn new technologies.
・Experienced in Agile/Scrum.
