      We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Human Resources department and our full-cycle recruiting. You will be entrusted with an ongoing request to discover IT talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

      Let join us with the challenging duties

      Work with Hiring Managers
      - Work very closely with hiring managers to ensure that they adequately understand the needs of the manager and the requirements and expectations of the job.

      Source Candidates
      - ​Source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets

      - Effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job

      - Develop relationships with prospective talent

      Screen, Interview, and Assess Candidates
      Assist with On-boarding Process
      Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
      ​- Be strong in keeping up the latest recruitment trend of industry 4.0, utilizing effectively social networks such as Linkedin, Facebook,...

      Employer Branding
      - Assist in building relationship with Universities/Organizations, join career events, organize workshops- Promote company brand through social network channels- Utilize and promote internal events as a part for employer branding

    General requirement

      Yêu Cầu Công Việc
      - Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm tuyển dụng mảng IT
      - Giao tiếp tiếng Anh khá
      - Thành thạo tin học văn phòng
      - Giao tiếp tốt

      Thông tin khác
      Bằng cấp: Cao đẳng
      Độ tuổi: 25 - 35

      - Obtaining human resources experience
      - Having Technical/IT recruiting experience
      - Proving success in previous IT/ Technical positions
      - Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Experience recruiting through full lifecycle
      - Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
      - Possessing industry knowledge (Logistics, E-commerce, ect) is a plus

    Language requirement

    • English (Intermediate) or Japanese (Intermediate)
