    Mô tả

      This position has three major responsibilities.

      1. Overwhelming sales expansion in existing and new businesses
      2. Management ability to manage all employees
      3. Have a broad perspective to become a candidate for executive officer in the future I would like you to be a manager for the first two years and become a GM at the latest after two years. who can always work with a high level of awareness so that he or she can become an executive officer in four to five years.

      Managers have a management perspective and are responsible for maximizing team performance. This position goes beyond individual achievement and accelerates the growth of the entire organization.
      In addition, the manager position we are recruiting for will be a leadership position that will oversee not only the sales department, but all other departments.

      Main business activities:
      ●　Goal setting and strategy planning
      ○ Setting goals and planning for teams and departments (half-yearly)
      ○ Planning and implementing strategies to improve business performance (including new business development)
      ●　Business management and progress
      ○ Optimizing and streamlining business processes
      ○ Managing member progress and evaluating results (Across the board )
      ●　Member management and training
      ○ Guidance and training of subordinates, evaluation and feedback
      ○ Motivation and team building
      ●　Internal and external coordination and reporting
      ○ Coordination with other departments
      ○ Reporting to management and decision-making support
      ●　Problem solving and risk management
      ○ Identifying issues and problems and implementing countermeasures
      ○ Predicting and managing business risks

    Yêu cầu chung

      - Language: Japanese basic business level or English at least
      * This is because in the future we will need to participate in headquarters meetings in Japan online and submit monthly reports, etc.
      - Around 5 to 10 years of experience in FMCG ( GT, MT market both necessary)
      - Ability to manage departments across the board
      - Self-reflection
      - cost conscious
      -The ability to clearly understand one's position and carry out one's duties
      - Logical and able to grasp the overall picture of the business
      - Flexible thinking for new challenges or situations
      - Personal KPI setting logically and Teams. ( not only numbers, actions in daily works )

    Quyền lợi

    Allowance:
    - Position Allowance: 10,000,000d per month as Manager for across all departments
    - Meal Allowance: 720,000d per month
    - Mobile phone call Allowance: 200,000d per month (Or perhaps company lends you a phone)
    - Clothes Allowance: 400,000d per month
    *All of allowance will be after passing 2 month probation period.
    - Bonus 1 month salary before Tet (Based on Base Salary.)
    - Celebration of marriage/2,000,000d. One time only
    - Childbirth/1,000,000d per one child till 3childs only
    - Holidays: Vacation on Sundays, Holidays, Tet in accordance with state regulations.
    - Paid holiday: 12days
    - Over time: Overtime can be adjusted by taking compensatory leave

    Thời gian làm việc

    • 8:00 – 1700 ( 8 hours )
      Working Days: From Monday to Saturday (Saturdays are closed if no business is required)
