      Job Description
      The Manager is responsible for all areas relating to provide financial, accounting, tax services to Clients. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. The Manager supervises some Junior and Senior consultants and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position addresses tight deadlines.

      RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
      • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
      • Ensure the timely sending of all monthly financial statements of Clients.
      • Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the firm.
      • Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
      • Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
      • Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
      • Support Managing Director with special projects and workflow process improvements.

    Yêu cầu chung

      • At least 5 years of experience in accounting and tax field.
      • At least 3 years of experience (for managerial position).
      • Proficiency in English.
      • Working experience in international accounting and tax services firms (Big 4) is preferable.
      • CPA, CPTA, APC certification is preferable.
      • Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel.

    Quyền lợi

    - Compulsory Insurance;
    - Annual Leave:
    + Enough 12 months (including 2 months of probation): full paid 12 days of leave.
    + Enough 12 months (including 2 months of probation): plus 1 leave day for family beside 12 days of basic leave.
    + Under 12 months: equivalent working months; 1 day per month.
    + Each 5-year period plus 1 day of leave.
    - Bonus:
    + 13th monthly salary equivalent 1 month’s salary.
    + Under 12 working months: paid on a pro rata basis during the first 12 months.
    Condition: the staff is still working at payment time.
    - Salary review: once a year (February).
    - Health check-up: once a year.
    - 24/24 accident insurance: after 2-month probation and 12-month official contract.
    - In case parents, spouse, children have fatal illness (accordance with List issued by Health Dept.), company will support 10,000,000vnd/case.
    - Travel allowance: 200,000vnd/day (for destination: >100km from Company).
    - Company trip: once a year; teambuilding.
    - Take part in parties, company events…
