    Mô tả

      The company currently has one IT staff member, but he is concurrently working as an accountant and there is no dedicated IT staff.
      In addition, a new ERP system (SAP) is scheduled to be installed in August 2022, and in addition to existing IT work, we are looking for new IT staff to handle IT-related work, especially before and after the introduction of the EPR system.

      ・ Manage HAN Server and Backup systems: preventative maintenance checking for all important
      devices.
      ・ Responsible for information of all users as like: Password, Email Outlook 365, Intranet system,
      iPhone & iPad and so on.
      ・ Responsible for investigating and analyzing network issues and support installation of new
      systems in HAN office.
      ・ Support daily operation of all HAN user about IT issues and updates software to each PCs.
      ・ Support remote work outside of office.
      ・ SAP support to end-user after Go-live.
      ・ RPA promotion and application when have request from biz unit. (if any)
      ・ Support to deploy new Inventory management system based on ODOO.
      ・ Support for operating systems: HR Management systems, E-invoice system (TS24).
      ・ Training all staffs about IT securities and using new software.
      ・ IT issues investigation / Report to HQ and follow-up
      ・ Support HR&GA team during daily task: prepare meeting room with video conference.
      ・ Performs other duties as assigned by the Managers (GD/GM/MGR).

    Yêu cầu chung


      ・ University Degree or above
      ・ Under the age of 35
      ・ English Level: Business (TOEIC : 650 or above)


      ・ Work Experience in Multinational Environments
      ・ More than three years Work Experience for IT Administration Job.
      ・ Prefer have SAP experiences.
      ・ Positive Attitude / Stress Tolerance / Strong Communications Skills
