  Mô tả

  - Create, maintain, and manage product specification and standards.
  - Centralized management of standards (establishment, revision, abolition).
  - Quality survey of raw materials.
  - Policy management (issue deployment task to division and subordinates  action plan
   execution  evaluation)
  - Creation and reporting of monthly quality reports.
  - Investigation of causes of quality complaints and support for countermeasures.
  - Customer response to quality complaints.
  - Confirmation of compliance with past problems (internal and external complaints) and instructions for implementation.
  - Planning and implementation of quality education, training related sections to understand and follow up the quality requirements.
  - Maintenance and management of systems based on ISO certification system.
  - Building relationship with other departments within the company.
  - Evaluation of 6S (3S) activities.
  

  Yêu cầu chung

  • Education: University Degree, mechanical, if possible
  • Language: MUST communicate in JAPANESE (speaking and writing skill).
  • General Knowledge of Metal working machines and quality management or ISO system will be an advantage
  • At least 8 - 10 years relevant working experiences
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good management skill, ability to interact with all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to strive for continuous improvement.
  • Good problem - solving skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
