    Mô tả

      [Site office management]
      - Organize and manage of cleaning services for site office;
      - Manage facilities issues of the site office;
      - Schedule maintenance or upkeep and maintain records on use of the office facilities as needed;
      - Organize and manage miscellaneous maintenance services for the site construction offices and equipment therein;
      - Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints;
      - Manage a telephone account, if required;
      - Manage office network / server and office photo copier / printer;
      - Manage refreshment of office stationaries;
      - Manage workstation PC / software / anti-virus software; and
      - Ensure workplace conditions are applicable to required standards.
      [Accommodation management for site personnel]
      - Reserve / arrange accommodation and transportation for the site personnel including those from overseas;
      - Arrange leases for rental properties to house the site personnel transferred from interstate / overseas and resolve complain from resident, if any;
      - Procure furniture / furnishings for rental properties consulting with Site Manager; and
      - Organize social functions under instruction by Site Manager or Project Manager.
      [General affairs management & Others]
      - Assist construction milestone ceremony under instruction by Site Manager;
      - Manage company vehicles, drivers, toll and petrol cards;
      - Arrange transportation for expatriates on day-off;
      - Coordinate miscellaneous matters with the owner, other consortium members and local authorities, as required;
      - Manage mobile phones and Wi-Fi routers for site personnel;
      - Support medical care of site personnel;
      - Manage document courier;
      - Collaborate with all other departments regarding their administrative needs;
      - Lead organizational events;
      - Establish team atmosphere through leadership and employee development;
      - Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations;
      - Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations;
      - Vendor TA invitation including his accommodation and transportation arrangement;

    Yêu cầu chung

      - A bachelor’s degree or an associate degree in commercial, accountant, global communication or equivalent.
      - Minimum three (3) years of experience of administrative work.
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
      - Timeliness of delivery of services and reports.
      - Accuracy of reports and records.
      - High level of group member’s motivation and outcome.
      - Excellent computer skills.
      - Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
