Opened offshore base in Vietnam due to difficulty in hiring engineers and rising labor costs in Japan
▼Business details:
・A company that handles digital marketing, SEO measures, influencer marketing, etc. plans to establish an offshore base for its own product development in Hanoi, Vietnam.
・We are looking for someone who can work with the Hanoi office manager (Japanese) and the development manager (Japanese) to launch and expand the Vietnam business.
・Acting as a bridge between Japanese and Vietnamese people
・Management of Vietnamese engineers. I look forward to playing the role of understanding the intentions of the Japanese headquarters and communicating them to the engineers.Yêu cầu chung

▼Personal requirements
・Age: 30s (preferably mid-30s)
・Japanese: N2 or higher (N1 level preferred)
・Work experience in Japan, work experience at a Japanese company in Vietnam
・Development experience: Java, React, AWS. (Experience with agile development methods is desirable)
*High development skills are not required, but development experience is required in order to communicate with engineers.
・Management experience: project management, member management
・People who are interested in expanding their business and have the will to build a company together.
