    Mô tả

      Company is one of the Japanese major general trading companies, headquartered in Tokyo.
      In Vietnam, there are two offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
      Urgent: Position: Admin staff (admin dept - temporary staff 6 months).
      1. Reception.
      * Welcome guest, serve beverage, turn off light and close auto door at reception area
      * Receive, record and deliver daily document
      * Send domestic and Overseas document, sample daily
      * Pickup and transfer phone call to staffs.
      2. Administration.
      * Book park docs and create outgoing payment for all kind of expenses for Admin such as : book annual fee for Golf member card at BRG, Van Tri, lavie, PCS courier, 247 courier, stationery, Mobile card, mobifone, Ricoh, Crown storage, office Cleansing , VNPT telephone, VNPT Internet, Tea, coffee, Taxi Mailinh, Taxi Group, Fiinratings, ETC, Petrol for lexus, maintenance for lexus, wifi, entertain for company event, renting fee for company car for company, renting fee for decorative tree, entertainment and business trip expense... and other tasks if being requested by manager.
      * Register Bp code, bank key for new suppliers; Modify Bp code if any change in supplier's information.
      * Order, manage office Stationery, furniture, equipment name card, stamp,lavie …
      and any asset for office.
      * Make payment for flight ticket, wifi of whole company.
      * Support HR dept in booking expense when HR staff on leave/busy.
      3. Accounting.
      *Daily issue VAT Invoice ( around 230-260VAT invoices /month) => input VAT invoice
      No in odoo system daily
      *Print red invoice=> Put in order=> Scan month by month => filing VAT in folder in hard and soft copy => send hard folder to Crown warehouse once or twice a year.
      ・ Work Location : Hanoi Office (Hoan Kiem Dist, Hanoi, Vietnam).

      ・ Female

      ・ Age: 24-36 years old.

      ・ University Degree or above. Experience in similar position.

      ・ Have knowledge of accounting.

      ・ Fluency in English is required with equivalent to TOEIC score over 800

      ・ Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

    ・ Welfare : Social Insurance, Company Trip etc.

    Thời gian làm việc

    • ・ Working Hours : 8:00~17:00

      ・ Day Off : Saturday afternoon, Sunday, Public Holiday.
