    Mô tả

      One of the Japanese major general trading companies, headquartered in Tokyo.
      Due to expanding our business in the field in Hanoi office, we are looking for a new sales Assistant for Lifestyle and Automotive department consists of 4 Vietnamese staffs: a female manager, a female chief, a female sale staff and a female assistant.
      The main business of Lifestyle and Automotive Department is as below:
      - Pulp, Paper, woodchip, wood pellet and projects relating to Forestry.
      - Projects relating to Food & Livestock Industry.
      - Auto parts and projects relating to Automotive.

      We are finding sale assistant to support business.
      • Managing order, inventory, and logistics coordination.
      • Supporting salesperson to check stock or claimed products at supplier’s warehouse.
      • Issuing and control Sales contract, shipping documents, PO, DO;
      • Control payment from customers and prepare documents for making payment to
      suppliers.
      • Corresponding, meeting and making arrangements with the local business partners and
      clients and /or suppliers, including potential customers in the course of business development;
      • Gathering, analyzing and providing information and data concerning the financial, business
      and credit status of the local business consultant, partners and clients;
      • Gathering, finding, analyzing and providing information and data relating to any new business proposal and opportunity for Lifestyle and Automotive business.
      • Providing reports in a form and with the contents instructed by company and other related group companies as necessary.
      Attending Japanese customers to have meeting at supplier’s factory based on
      request/instruction of manager, sale staff.
      • Arranging other required documents to settle internal procedures.

      ・ Work Location : Hanoi Office (Hoan Kiem, HN).

      ・ Male / female
      ・ Age: 22-25 years old
      ・ University Degree or above
      ・ Bachelor’s Degree on Business Administration / Marketing or any related fields
      ・ Fluency in English is required with equivalent to TOEIC score over 800
      ・ Good Japanese communication is an advantage.
      ・ Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

    ・ Monthly Salaries : USD 450
    ・ Bonuses : Two times(13th Salary and Performance-based Bonus)
    ・ Welfare : Social Insurance, Company Trip etc.

    Thời gian làm việc

    • ・ Employment : Full Time ※
      ・ Working Hours : 8:00~17:00
      ・ Day Off : Saturday afternoon, Sunday, Public Holiday
