  General requirement

  Must:
  Have basic software development knowledge
  Japanese language skills (Able to discuss technology and business with Japanese management team and read comprehension to understand Japanese materials and documents are required. JLPT N2 or higher.)
  Experienced in managing a development team
  Management skills and a sense of responsibility
  Nice to have
  Can do code review
  Have advanced mathematics knowledge such as optimization
  Have read books on coding skills such as ”The Art of Readable Code: Simple and Practical Techniques for Writing Better Code” and ”Clean Code”
