    Mô tả

      As the trading company group, we trade in many fields such as: chemicals, plastics, food, metals, consumer products, machinery...
      * Business Administration Coordinator (Sales Coordinator) in Automotive Material Group (HN).
      Control import plans & delivery plan to customers
      Issue shipping documents for delivery to customers
      Following customer & supplier's request (PO, survery….)
      Check logistics charges from forwarders
      Control inventory and aging stocks
      Follow the AR from customers
      Supporting sales PIC for others
      Other requirement from managers (Ready for any challenging from mangers)
      Management internal control by:
      Check docs to see if goods delivery is arranged according to contracts and credit limit
      Communicate with logistics companies for daily delivery operations
      Communicate with Sales Coordinators and Accouting dept, managers and others if requested. for daily operations
      [System input] Goods delivery data, Payment to supplier, etc.
      Verify logistics charges with delivery documents
      Study the related laws to business if requested
      Sending report as requested (Chemical report…)
      Other requirement from managers (Ready for any challenging from mangers).

    Yêu cầu chung

      - Female/ from 25 – 32 years old.
      - Graduated university (Foreign trade, Economics...). Business related major is preferable. The candidate who has a diploma of intermediate level or higher in the field of Chemical enginerring will be one of advantage.
      - Logistics-related experience is a must.
      ( Experience on Import & export procedure; HS Code Classification; Incoterm; Logistic transaction;
      International business; ….)
      - Used to have experience in logistics & Trading company are preferable.
      - 3+ years of work experience in the those fields.
      - Good communication in English.
      - MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook basic skill is a must. Good skills of Excel is must.
      - SAP operation experience is preferable.

    Quyền lợi

    - Salary: $850 Gross, open ~ $1000 Gross.
    - Good benefit.
    - Bonus+ 13th salary.
