      Position: PROJECT ASSISTANT/ (Senior expert level)

      Project Assistant: Provide marketing support to projects in Vietnam
      - Being the point of contact, maintain good relationships and arrange meetings with customers;
      - Support to develop company business in Vietnam: make database collection, make legal report, conduct market research and market survey analysis, product, competitor database and so on upon request;
      - Establish good relationships with relevant Ministries and Agencies for further collaboration;
      - Screen newspapers daily for economic news, translate news important to business from Vietnamese to English and send to managerial levels;
      - Research related Laws and Regulations in Vietnam and make reports to managerial levels;
      - Act as interpreter/ translator as required and make meeting minutes/ meeting reports;
      - Business trips are sometimes required for site survey, potential project searching or customer meetings.

      Project Admin
      - Make arrangements of visas, accommodation and logistics for project delegations to Vietnam;
      - Purchase and maintain office equipment upon request;
      - Arrange im-export procedures for goods and equipment used for project development activities;
      - Coordinate to support company event/ exhibition and seminars;
      - Other duties as per GM's decision.

    General requirement

      - At least 5 years of marketing or relevant working experiences;
      - Aged between 27 - 37 years old;
      - University degree in Business Administration or other discipline as appropriate;
      - Ability of using English and Vietnamese proficiently in communication and work; Japanese language capability and knowledge on IT admin is a plus;
      - Proper flexibility; ability of problem finding and capability for judgment;
      - Adaptable, honest, hard — working and high responsibility;
      - Good ability of team work and independent work under high pressure;
      - Active and timely negotiation, good communication skills, multi-cultural business environment understandings and
      - Excellent command in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint) and other Internet utilities for making researches and presentations.

    Language requirement

    • English (Upper Intermediate)
