  Description

  Basic Information
  Planning
  - Organizing daily/weekly work assignments
  
  In/Outbound Operation
  - Updating overall in/outbound progress
  - Monitoring operators’ works
  - Instructing for daily warehouse tasks to ensure items are received, put away, picked and delivered timely and accurately
  
  Responsibility
  Warehouse Organization
  - Implementing and monitoring inventory counting
  - Monitoring the maintain of warehouse layout according to instructions from WH manager
  - Monitoring the implementation of 5S
  - Performing equipment inspection and maintenance
  - Reporting of materials used, making list of items for purchasing
  
  Management and Reporting
  - Handling operators’ attendances
  - Reporting to WH manager as required
  

  General requirement

  Requirements (Strongly Preferred)
  - College graduate with a major in economics or a logistics-related field
  - 4 years of practical experience in warehouse operations, of which at least 2 years in a supervisory position
  - Proficient in warehouse operations; ability to coordinate, organize and assign work
  - Proficiency in Japanese(JLPT N2+) or English
  
  Requirements (Recommended)
  - Strong empathy and understanding for Caddi's MVC
  - Strong passion to solve social problem
  - Creative problem solving with analytical mind
  - Fit for action driven and agile work environment
  - Proificient in MS Office or similar tool
  - Strong aspiration for self-improvement and mindset to inspire and support the personal development of other team members
  

  Language requirement

  • English (Upper Intermediate) or Japanese (Upper Intermediate)
