    - Effectively communicate with relevant members, i.e., PJ PICs (expats), Vietnamese investment manager in our company, HQ members, and accounting PICs at local JV companies.
    - Analyze differences between budget and actual based on relevant numbers (sold units etc.) and interviews with PIC in JV partners, effectively prepare revised budget numbers.
    - Analytical skills are more important rather than detailed journal entries preparation or tax treatment
