CREATE ACCOUNT
This is the first step in the job application process: Candidate register (Sign-up) for a personal account on VieclamBank. When you're signed in, you can search and apply for the right job.

APPLY JOB
Candidate upload their application file corresponding to the job they want to apply for. Then, the flow begins:
- If the application fits the position, consultant will contact the candidate.
- Otherwise, consultant may review the application and find another job that is aligned with the candidate's skill. -
INTERVIEW WITH CONSULTANT
- Consultant will arrange a candidate interview to know the candidate's aspirations (Contact via email/ phone or face-to-face meeting).
- Next, the consultant will send the candidate's resume to the client. -
INTERVIEW WITH CLIENT
- After reviewing the candidate's resume, if suitable, our client will arrange an official interview at their office.
- If candidate passed the interview. They will proceed to send a job offer-letter to our consultant for confirming with the candidate. -
EMPLOYMENT
If the candidate agrees with the offer, our consultant will send a signed offer-letter back to the client.

FOLLOW UP
Consultant follows up with the candidates during the probationary as well as the warranty period as committed between VieclamBank and the client.
